Loading Screen Connection Drop

Twice this morning now I've gotten the stuck on a loading screen bug and while waiting (I don't immediately jump to restart), the game has just dropped the connection entirely and closed out. After each time, I'm having to launch the client, get stuck on the initial character loading screen, close, relaunch one or two more times to actually get onto my character.

On Ghallanda BTW.

Anyone else getting this?

Okay, it's this one character that the screens have been hanging on. I've been able to log onto my other characters on this server, but I'm on the 6th try for this one.

Used to be, you would get something like "That character is already present in the world" as an error message.But I'm not getting that.

And the connection dropped again on the initial character loading attempt.

Yes - get the same thing. Probably 20% of all quest entries seem to go wrong. I even get within quests when there is a port to a new area.
