Is "DDOFREEQUESTS" still active?

I recall a year or so ago there being a code that gave permanent access to a host of p2p adventure packs.

Is this code, or any like it, still available? I was showing DDO to some friends irl, but the paywall strikes early and hard.

If this code is not available currently, can we ever expect it to return?

That code ran out near the end of last Summer. There is a new adventure pack being released in the next update, it seems unlikely to me they are going to give it out again.

They are starting to update some of their offerings to be more new player friendly though like an improved starter pack and a bundle of their older expansions on the DDO market.

I did not know about the improved backs, thanks! That's a start.

Edit: I could only find a starter bundle + expansion bundle online for real money. Are there new DDO-store-point options available for new players as well?
