Sun Flask Question

The text description of the sun flask says it is momentarily blinding enemies. Is this a missing effect for this rare potion?

It's rather a DC of 20 making this usable only in korthos.

This is the worst item that you can get on daily dice. No one buys it in the auction, its useless.

Would like to see it removed from daily dice.
