Feywild set reapplying = loss of 20% health/spell points

I'm not sure if this has been discussed yet, but the way the Feywild set bonuses reapply on every change doesn't jive well with the 20% to health and spell point bonuses. Every time you add or a remove an item in a set, all the bonuses get removed and then reapplied. This results in the loss of 20% of your health and/or spell points. It doesn't matter if the number of items granting you the 20% is maintained, any change still results in the removal and reapplication of all set bonuses. Is this being addressed?
