Didn't get Anniversary Token?

Anyone else had this problem?

I opened the store, I put in the code. I had the bad luck to hit a lag spike right then. Now the cloaks are all spawning, but no token. No, its not in any of my bags, I checked them all multiple times. Not in shared bank didn't land on any alt. Just somehow my character didn't get issues the token.

Also the in-game ticketing system is broken again.

Any suggestions?

Check the Buy Back tab with any vendor. When I had a problem turning mine in, I found it there after it poofed from my inventory and never granted me the item I'd selected.

Tried that. No sign of it. Mine didn't poof, so far as I can tell it never existed. Tried it on another account and it worked, it looks like its just my main it broke for -_-

This sounds similar to what happened to my pumpkin head. I logged in, had it on, ran to the bank with it on, opened the bank, didn't touch the pumpkin head once, and when I closed the bank it vanished. Its like the bank ate my pumpkin head...

Check your Ingredients bag on the character you entered the code on.

I had a similar issue and it took 30 minutes to show up, when it did it was on the character I entered the code on and in their ingredients bag.
