Occultation on Dark Diversion, does it stack with other hate reducing items?

Dark Diversion (https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Dark_Diversion) has the threat reducing effect Occultation, but is it special? Or just the same thing that doesn't stack?

It's the same, only item I know of that stacks its threat reduction with others is the epic quiver of alacrity :(
