It is unusual. Just got booted from the server... and the status is down.

Not super often but,, it does happen it might come backup quickly or might be tommrow

First time in a long time for it to just crash. Other servers seemed to be up. Hope it is just a few minutes

Just pulled a 15-hour work day and looking to decompress but no love on Argo... other servers look ok. Just need to remember which characters aren't on Argo!

No but boy when it does stuff get s broke lost etc etc The perma broke green steel was the best

Took a couple day hiatus from DDO, thought something went wrong with my install as Argo is always up. Glad someone posted about this. TYVM.

They pick up the phone and call customer service.

Sadly, even though Comcast has been in the top 5 for worst customer service of any company in the US for years running, it's easier to get them on the phone than it is SSG.

They will also generally put some effort into resolving the problem you opened a ticket on rather than just arbitrarily closing it.
