Bear Hand and a Half Weapons

I was wondering if Hand and a Half Weapons work in Bear Form.

I'm not sure what you mean by "work," since there are a lot of game mechanics involved - and not all of them work in bear form.

If I read the information correctly on the relevant Druid update and ddowiki (https://ddowiki.com/page/Wild_Shape#Animal_Forms), then the weapon's base damage, attack, and enhancements all work. You would also get the 1.5 from a two-handed weapon, which probably applies to the bastard sword. Otherwise, the Two-Handed Fighting feats you are showing are probably not working while in bear form - you are only using Natural Fighting. It seems a general rule of thumb is that only one fighting style is applied at any given time. Of course, DDO is fairly well-known for publishing information that isn't reflected in game-play, so results may vary.
