Hey everyone,

I am really confused over the items in the title. I've looked at the wiki information regarding them and just came away scratching my head.

For example, using Threads of Fate to Upgrade a raid item, the wiki says this:

Upgrade Pre-U41 Raid Loot. In the Halls of Heroes north of the entrance to the White Plume Mountain quest, click on the "Re-acquire Raid Loot" altar (see picture to the right) in order to exchange 50 Threads of Fate to upgrade Raid Loot acquired before U41 to boost its power level to appropriate values and lower its minimum level. This will allow already earned Raid Loot to be boosted to appropriate values without requiring you to re-run Raids for that specific piece of gear.

So, what does this mean exactly? Boosted to appropriate values? Does this mean that if I have a piece of raid gear and stick it in the altar with 50 threads of fate with a level 30 character that that item will be upgraded to its Legendary version?

What about augments? Using Threads of Fate can create the new 'Set' augments, but how do these work? Do you use the Threads on existing augments to upgrade them to become a piece in a set? Or are these type of augments entirely separate and new??

So confusing. Any help is appreciated. :)

imagine the hall of heroes map- two parts left and right :

1)on the left side there is a crafting table that can make some fancy wpm and killing time items , also there are some raid items (mostly lvl 26) that were outdated and at some point they just buffed their stats a bit (stuff from evening star raids and defiler of the just). so you can take an old item you got like 5 years ago with the ****** vintage stats and fix it for the new version .

2)on the right side of the hall at the bottom floor there is a new table: you can take an item from a raid(check the altar to see which item exactly , there is a list) and add a fey wild item-"soul vessel" and create a unique augment that has one of the special keywords of that specific raid piece.

3)if you double click the threads a crafting window will open - you can see that it's possible to make fancy filigries that have two set names on them (that's better than just regular filigries ^^ ) , also after you buy the t1 filigrie you can pump it to an even better version of it (for example instead of giving the base stat of +1 int , it gives +2int now)
