Level 14 favored soul with 3 iconic tiefling past lives. with 28 str, carrying 205/1500lb light load Base movement speed should be 99 +30 from scoundrel should be 129 as it usually is.
However without pl active I'm only at 81 and only 112 when pl active. I know there is a movement speed glitch, and a way to fix it, but I'm not sure what it is. Some help please?
