Did the coupon code for the free quests work on the season pass accounts?

My VIP lapsed on my season pass account and I did not get the benefit of the coupon.
My other accounts all did.
I remember putting it on my season pass account.
Did anyone else notice this?

The season pass was just a prepaid vip subscription. It should of worked. The only way to really know if you used the code is to go back in your history and see if the code was applied. Luckily it's only last year. I had to go back 5 years in Dec. 2019 when I was planning my escape from vip on what packs I owned and what I needed to buy.

My other accounts show june 15 2020, but Spass acc nothing.
I remember applying it to this account and wondering if it would work.
But I am not perfect and could have messed up.
I did apply it properly to 5 other accounts.

I just looked at my history. I was vip at the time when I used the code. I wanted the 10 free shared storage space. It was applied to my account. My buddy who had the pass also used the code. I know the code applied to his account. Unfortunately you may have not used it on that account.

I checked my email under xolla and I did get a email for redeeming code. O well
