Convert various BtC ingredients to BtA

If we're allowed to pool our resources across characters for raid loot (which we are, with the raid rune system), then why are various non-raid ingredients still bound to character?

Please make all such ingredients BtA instead of BtC. Including, but not limited to, things like:

planar shards (from Sub-T)
various Eveningstar commendations (Villagers, War Wizards, etc.)
various runes for Dragontouched (Draconic/Eldritch/Tempest/Sovereign)
(probably other things I'm not thinking of right now)

Also, make the Minor Artifacts BtA rather than BtC. That would be a major QoL improvement to the troublesome inventory system.

Hmm, in my ingredients bag as BTC I have:

Outsider Tokens
Comms of Valor
Shavarath Stones (vale)
Comms of Heroism
Eveningstar Commendations

That and Planar Shards (which I don't bother to pick up any more) is really . . . it.

So, yeah, I totally support making those BTA, really no reason for them not to be.

Isn't Adamantine Ore unbound? I could of sworn I bought some off the AH a long time ago when I was making all my qstaves sturdy enough for questing.
