Since Sharn Part 2 has so many different items in the named loot chests, please consider adding an additional named loot chest to each quest. My suggestion would be to add one to House of Pain for completing the series of puzzle optionals (the puzzle, the blessings, kill the rats, then kill both bonus bosses, when all of those are done you get an extra end chest).
I'm not sure where would be a good place to add one to No Refunds . . . maybe the stone golem optional?
For Blown Deadline maybe have an extra loot chest if you do the "free all the slaves" and "incriminate Vaunt" optionals?
Not sure about Reach for the Sky either.
