I did some searching and couldn't find a clear answer. Does SWF deny strikethrough from THF? I'm about to run a Megaman build and strikethrough seems like a core feature. If strikethrough bonuses are granted by improved/greater THF, +30% strikethrough each, are they worthwhile?

Thanks

You can't take both SWF and THF feats on the same character.
That aside, while wielding Bastard Sword or Dwarven Waraxe, SWF or S&B style, you count as using THF style, which enables Strikethrough.
But remember, largest bonuses to Strikethrough chance come from heroic THF feats line (which you can't take if taken SWF line), and Barbarian Frenzied Berserker enhancements line (40% passive + 50% proc), which has THF feats as prereq, thus also locked out.
You are limited to 20% base, 30% from PHTF (which you should definitely take because it also gives 10 melee power, (which doesn't stack with mp from THF feats, but you don't have those anyway)), and whatever strikethrough sources you can take, that dont require THF feats (like Dwarf or Battle Engineer enhancements, some filigrees, destiny enhancements (FotW))
