DDO Market not working?

Anyone having issues with the DDO Market? Tried to buy the sharn pack. It charged my CC but didn't pop up a screen with info on the purchase with the code or send an email??

All I got was a message Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly.

You SHOULD have received an email. Might have gone to your spam folder?

I'm having the same issue except it doesn't show in Find Your Order and the CC charge has been pending since Friday.

My wife and I tried to buy Sharn and Feywild a few days ago. Once we could enter the credit card info each, but the process was cancelled. And now an error message shows when we try to buy anything. Different credit cards, used both later the same day for other purchases. We haven't heard back from support yet.
