In IRL - there are two that are tied for what I think are the best. Snickerdoodles and what I call cloud cookies. They are a meringue cookie with chocolate chips.

In DDO - Warforged Titan. There aren't really a lot of psionic bonuses, so this is really helpful when you need that extra little bit.

I like the Abishai Destroyer mega cookie effects you get when you eat all 5 of the little abishai cookies. +2 attack & damage, +2 profane bonus to Natural armor, +4 profane bonus to Intel, Charisma & Wisdom.... in addition to the cumulative effects blur, protection from elements, etc you get from the little abishai cookies. Really nice at 1st lvl when you're doing harbor reaper.
