With Xsolla, I’m surprised they didn’t just randomly charge you for absolutely nothing.

I’ll give Xsolla credit for one thing that SSG has yet to figure out: How to be an utter garbage company with numerous complaints and 1-star reviews to the BBB that still manages to get an A+ rating from them. I guess though that SSG is content with that F they’ve earned.

That's better than my situation. I purchased points through amazon pay and was charged, but DDO gave me a message there was an additional security check and didn't give me the points. This was on Wednesday.

I filed a ticket through amazon pay but didn't hear back yet.

In game, open the store. Click on your account name in the upper right, then click on My payment accounts.
