This is mostly for the Ultimate Bundle purchasers and the like. I'm asking for a set of new items, Bags of Many Things (named after the D&D Robe of Many Things), and a trader to make them. These bags would trade your teleport items (like Eveningstar Key, d12 Stormreach Die, Bottle of Mists, Sharn Ticket, and Feywild Fork) for a single bag, that has all of them in it. When you open it, you can *select* the item in it and then it's like you're using the item. The bag has a 60 sec cooldown (which would greatly reduce the key's cooldown, but if you need at least 2 items anyway to get a bag, it should be fine to give the farmers/purchasers a quicker cooldown).

Advantage is mostly convenience, less slots taken of your inventory and shortcuts, and the feeling to not being spammed whenever you purchase extensions at higher tiers. I know, that implementing the different combinations may be a bit jarring (unless you have a better way than just make one item per possible combination), but I'd really appreciate the work.

I'll say there's several technical limitations stopping this from existing.

Most notably you couldn't get the items out anymore - they'd be part of a craftng recipe, not a bag.
DDO can't use or even identify items within bags that well. Quivers are a good example - the game can't even figure out what the second item of the quiver is and will not try to fetch arrows from one if the first item in it is a bolt or vice versa.

To make your idea work, it'd have to be an item creating a brand new spell. A new version of Teleport (that's what the Sharn pass does btw).
It would have to make a new spell for every different combination (depending on which item you might be missing)

The other option is having every option appear, but then tell you you cannot do a certain action if you didn't place the item in the bag.
Thing is, the only other place in the game that does that is Meridia, and that flag resets on TR, so it makes me wonder if the idea is doable.
