As the post title states. I thought the word hate was a bit strong. You can choose more than one if you like. I propose the below format but feel free to innovate.
Most Liked:
The Crucible
The Haunted Halls of Eveningstar
Xorian Cipher
Tear of Dhakaan
Vault of Night
Strahd
The Pit
Least Liked:
A Small Problem
Quick quests - Not a huge fan of the newer quests entries that can be done in just 3-5 minutes by zerging past everything, i.e. Cogs, Borderlands, some Feywild quests. I understand the some like them but there still needs to be some mix of multi-event solving and dungeon crawling quests as well.

Favorite quests (in no particular order):
Tear of Dhakaan
Redwillow's Ruins
Gwylan's Stand
Stormcleave Outpost
Off the top of my head I can't think of any quests that I particularly hate. Cogs quests are probably up there though.

Most Liked: Invitation to Dinner
Least Liked: Just Business
I'm going by quests I regularly run.

Favorite quest: Project Nemesis
Least favorite quest: Either Madstone Crater (long and boring, fallen asleep in there more times than anywhere else), or Best Laid Plans, because it has those annoying TD spammers and a lot of mobs that are resistant or immune to the focus of many different builds, and because it is a part of the Sharn chain, meaning it cannot be easily skipped.

STORMCLEAVE??? Why do you like Stormcleave?

I think my favorite is Xorian Cipher. It's got a nice mix of challenging mechanics (like dodging chaos orbs) and named loot people look(ed) forward to getting (green key/green chest), all without being too long or having an end fight significantly more challenging than the whole rest of the quest.

Least liked: Temple of Elemental Evil (ran them once and not again)

Most liked: Attack on Stormreach II quests, Amber Temple, Invitation to Dinner.
Least liked: Crucible and everything that has Xorian abominations in it.

Favorite quests:
Devil Assault (quest)
Adq 1+2
Hound of Xoriat
Shroud & LShroud
Least Favorite quests:
Chains of Flame
Inferno of the Damned
Most Liked: All of the Missing quest chain. Absolutely love Yaulthoon, and while the final fight can be a hassle, and so can some of the mobs, the quest chain has nice, unique aesthetics.
Least Liked: A Small Problem. I like the rest of the Phiarlan chain, but this one being part of it makes me skip the whole just about every time I can afford to.

+ Sorrowdusk chain - yes i know people hate it for low xp vs time invested but it's not that bad now with a horse & i really like the wilderness area there
+ Slave lords chain - again many will hate as they've run this to destruction and or low xp for time invested. I run these once a life more as a test of how brave i can be. First time managing R1 heroic did feel like a pretty heroic achievement :)
+ Tear of Dhakaan - epic quest this one - I remember getting hammered in here on hard on my very first character so returns since feel somewhat like sweet revenge...
+ The snitch - Always liked this one - nice mix of a pantomime villain to chase & plenty of variety in the quest itself
+ Gianthold Tor - Feels like a suitably epic conclusion to the chain & lets face it there's a certain satisfaction in hearing those huge forms tumble to the floor one after the other :)
+ Sacred Bounty - I'm a fan of this chain in general & this one in particular i love the scene at the end with the pool/glade - perhaps my favourite aesthetically in game, at least before feywild came out
+ Wake me up inside - For the trolls under the bridge & more of that nice scenery i like
+ Another mans treasure - Ran this a ton of times trying for the orb & in so doing came to realize it really is a decent quest. The swim can be quite a challenge on a non evasion character, so that felt quite the accomplishment first time i managed it. * thanks to the helpful soul who pointed out your hire can pull the lever in the yellow room, without which this may have finished up in the negative column :)
+ White Plume Mountain - Pretty epic one this imo, i run it every life. All sorts of different stuff going on & really captures the d&d feel for me
+ Night falls on stormreach - Really for the starting scene - the nightmarket & lighting the lamps. Nice way into a quest, at least for me.
+ Break in the ice - Found this one pretty immersive set as it is inside the glacier. I guess people aren't keen on the run time to reach it, but i like Rungnir and the quest setting itself.
+ Oath of vengeance - Found this one quite immersive - Light the beacon! Reminded me a little of a certain iconic scene from lord of the rings
- Frustrating fail mechanics - Things like desert caravan, small problem, guard duty (3bc), to a lesser extent madstone crater (not fail but repeat). The first 2 i avoid completely, the latter one just has to be really aware of the mechanics which can detract somewhat from the enjoyment of the quest imo
- Best laid plans - That tactical thing seems OP to me as well as somewhat unfair (going through walls etc)
- Coalescence chamber - It's the endless climbs up those thin stone walkways that does it for me - easy to slip down & try as i have (for GS ings), i'm really not a fan of this one
- Let sleeping dust lie - The fail mechanic (spiders) can be tough not to fall foul of, unless on eg ranged build where you can target specific opponents. Regardless it's too fiddly for me, same as the faithful departed - too easy to accidentally kill a target & fail
- What goes up - Purple effect at the end had me falling down the gap multiple times - pretty frustrating. Shame really as otherwise this is a pretty epic denouement to the chain
- Spawn of Whisperdoom - I've nothing against long quests (as evidenced by slave lords above), but this one is made unecessarily (and somewhat frustratingly) longer by having to hunt down the elusive spider at the end.
- Necro 2 - pretty much pick any - Shadow king is painful with endless opponents plus those phase spiders (crossover from most hated opponent thread!), but my pick would be the swimming one Shadow Guard. Not particularly taxing in terms of the actual fights, but try as i might i could never manage to get through the route without wiki help, and even then it took ages. Thanks SSG for the recent promo which finally allowed me to make an SC opener & see the back of this quest for good :)
- Long unavoidable speeches - immersive at first but just waiting afterwards - Just Business, immortality lessons. I'd prefer an option to truncate the speech if one wanted to do so & move on with the quest

I really like The Pit. It isn't everyone's cup of Enchanted Ghallanda Distillate, but I like it.
I'm very glad that it isn't required for flagging. I would feel bad for the people who don't enjoy the quest if it were required for flagging.
