Help!! Anybody know how to fix this?

I cannot log into an alt after the update. It starts starts the loading screen then after a few seconds, it's kicked back to the character screen with an error, "Your character could not be saved". Transporting to forgotten realms does not help. It still gives the same error. Has anybody ran into this before?

Hop on another character and send in a ticket in-game. I've heard this before and a couple people had to have a GM manually do something and ask them to login.
