Heyas, I just want to ask what some of the best cosmetics in the game are via public opinion. I have many cosmetics already, but I wish to expand my collection even further. Cosmetics from any content, and any type, would be appreciated! I just need more choices and more cosmetics to add to my hoard.

Fingers the Fence (Random vendor NPC)
Randomly you might find him in Wheloon. He sells a unique Glamered Clothing (Ragged Rags) for 20 Astral Shards, and you can buy Elixir of Angels Tears (2d6+14 universal healing), Potion of Alertness +20 (+20 competence bonus to Spot, Listen and Search for 20 minutes), Potion of Jumping +30, or Potion of Negative Level Removal (one single negative level) for 5 Astral Shards each.

IMO, best-looking armor is randomly generated. It replicates some existing models, but can provide a nice twist. I personally enjoy the various combinations and variations you can find that are loosely based on https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Templar%27s_Chain

It does take quite some time and effort to find something good-looking, though. I usually check every random armor before selling, just in case something is worth glamering.

Random cosmetics can be awesome, because not everyone runs around with it. As far as I know they have some sets for certain lvl ranges. My guestimate is every 4 level. But my research is some years old. Maybe someone did a better job then me? It would be a fun project to be sure.

I like cosmetics that work well as a set.. one of my favourites is the ragged/starter rags combined with the barnacled buckler & prison break/axe of famine or first blood, for a great "i scavanged what i could" kind of look.

Well, isn't it much easier just to create a new toon and make a cosmetic out of it's rags? That's what I did, at least

Honestly I really like Night Revel's cosmetics; Reaper Plate is one of my fave cosmetics, and it's super-easy to get a set or six for any character you want. Also available in four colors, and generally adding one/year :)

Despite the weird smiley in it, the link works and show you which quest can drop those, can take several tries before getting the outfit ofc (same goes from Slave Rags, but the level of the quest is lower so easier to quick farm)
