For a long time I've had the pleasure of owning a set of bracers with 5 charges of the shield spell, they were ML1 or no-ML, and came in quite handy in frustrating the designs of famine reapers and other casters in low-level reaper. Unfortunately, they were reaped out of my cache themselves on my latest TR. I've been running low-level quests and chains to see if they'll show up in any of the end rewards, but no luck so far.

Are these kinds of items still available in the game, and where's the best place to find a new one?

Yes, I lodged a support ticket, unhelpful
Yes, I could get scrolls/wands/items with a higher ML or less clickies, but I found this particular item very convenient

I can't say definitively, but I've had good luck from the Sharn Syndicate (level 4) chain. Specifically, Kear has given me two ML:1 clickie rewards (Expeditious Retreat x5, Invisibility x3) for Repossession

best place is go to the guy on your guild ship with these items and do it daily—we had a thread going here about the rates; a forumite logged everything in a massive study

Sometimes the Demond Sands antique token trader too but not sure if still valid

Even better if you own/have permission to unequip/re-equip the room so it resets the items list.

The korthos quest drops a pair of gloves with shield 1/day, then kind of a big deal drops a belt with 3 charges and there is a necro quest that drops goggles with 2 charges I think

Thanks! Three Finger Thad's was the way to go. It took a whole lot more swapping in and out than I would've hoped for but I now have a ML1 Shield clicky once again

Ha, thx for the suggestion. Will take a look at my guild's ship for him.

Always looking for:
- Jump;
- Invisibility;
- Shield;
- Restoration;
- Detect Secret Doors.

In that order, and other things as well. :)
