I stopped getting uncommon collectables.

A few months ago, I noticed that uncommon collectables have become much more rare than usual. After update 48, I stopped recieving them altogether. When I loot a collectable node i get the common item 95% of the time and the rare one the rest 5% of the time, but I never get the uncommon type. Anyone else has this issue?

that's interesting. i must admit i haven't been paying close attention to that. i would think this would affect everyone if it were happening. glancing through the lists of what's uncommon, i know for a fact while playing last night i picked up some uncommons.

does anything affect collectibles tier? do treasure hunter elixirs interact with it? are there any racial passives that affect loot? maybe the dragonmark of finding?
