Good News! Got the help window to load! Bad News! 16 hour wait time...

Got the black screen on the help window from hitting Esc, then Help on the menu. Moved the mouse back and forth left and right around the bottom to uncover some of the options. Clicked on FAQ and it opened an external browser window. When I went back into the game the whole screen was revealed. And it would've been better left obscured. :(

Good news is there is an estimated wait time though. That is a significant improvement in communication, even if the number is ugly at least it's "known".

Hopefully it's somewhat accurate, if it is that would mean you could log back in a little before then and get the DM. Granted if it's a quest issue it won't help but if you have a TR bug of some sort they would be able to resolve it then.

I respect your posts and enjoy your opinions ...but having a gm sort out your tr bug after a 16 hr wait is simply untrue would never ever happen .....(from past experience twice losing tomes stat and skill ed xp etc etc .....and getting the shaft twice )

That is odd though. I know my wife has had the tomes issue once and the all destiny XP issue twice now. Granted the stat tome issue was years ago but the last destiny issue was was probably 8 or 9 months ago (just before lockdown) and they were able to resolve for her.

Maybe it depends on the GM or your sub status (she's VIP) I don't know. I do know for sure it's something that can be done and I am pretty sure she resolved it through the GM not through customer service. At least the epic destiny stuff I know was by a GM because the first time it happened I was in the room when he worked with her (she swapped spheres and he just granted Karma). I'd have to ask her there to be sure though about the last time or the tomes.

Last week I had the Epic Destiny XP bug. So I can say from recent experience, yeah the 16 hour wait time is spot on, or pretty close.

Luckily, I am working from home due to pandemic. I would log on to game as my work day started. About midway thru the 2nd day of leaving my character logged on all day while i worked, a GM sent me a tell and was able to fix my problem and restore my lost destiny xp in about 5 minutes.

So the wait time is correct from my experience. I don't know if it would work to log off and come back online after 16 hours, but siting there with my character logged on for 16 hours worked.


Not the best, and I don't know what I would do if there wasn't a pandemic as I could not do this at the office while i worked.

But at least they fixed my issue.
