Out of curiosity, the ladder glitch. Is that ever going to get fixed or is it DDO's version of the McDonald's ice cream machine?

No, you are not the only one who uses all-caps.

Typically, the game is taken down once a week for a restart, and/or for an update, and these are announced in these forums.

If all the worlds are down on a weekday around 1400-1800 UTC or so (very roughly around 8 AM - Noon East Coast time), before making yet another panicked post on the forums, check and see when the weekly restart is scheduled.

There is no single glitch - it has to be (re-)synch'ed in each separate location that it's found.
