For my Flesh-bot's (and others around me) benefit, what are any and all items, skills, feats, enhancements, ect that would boost the hit points per tic and crit chance when using:
Renegade Mastermaker enhancement: Regeneration Construct?
It all seems a bit confusing... fairly sure my repair skill does not affect it.
and I get conflicting messages about the spell crit chance on the Leg. Clockwork Boots. Equipping them lists as the stated 31%. However, Combat dialog tells me it only increases by 11%?
That's with only boots equipped.

I don't have much to contribute at this point. I'm thinking of doing an RM build next life, but that will be awhile.
One thing I can confirm is that the Regeneration Construct is affected by Repair Amp. I had a fleshy with Construct Essence, so he was getting only 50%, but my iron defender was getting the full repair benefit.
Second, I definitely saw a crit proc on someone I cast Converter onto, where the amount of repair increased from 5 to 11 for one tic (I was hoping the low numbers were a function of not having any gear on the caster at the time - it was just a test).
As for what affects it on the caster end, take a look at this old thread on RS's Positive Energy Aura (https://ddowiki.com/page/Positive_Energy_Aura) (PEA). I expect, but have not tested, that RM's repair aura borrows from this set-up. Or at least, that's where I would start my testing. One of the peculiarities of PEA is no metamagics affect it, with the exception of Empower Healing Spell. Since there's no repair version, this would mean you're out of luck with metamagics. As for repair skill, I would be very surprised if it didn't help. If it turns out you're right, that it does not help, I would wonder if it was WAI.

I did raise ONLY my Repair skill and then look for changes. Both baseline and then with a +13 skill augment. There wasn't any.
It did surprise me.
