Hardcore Server does not appear in Transfer Wizard 10/15/2020

Just tried to move my HC character back to my home server and when I opened the Transfer Wizard, the Hardcore Server was not available in the selection list. Double checked to see I wasn't inadvertently made guild leader, but not. Quit guild just to be sure, logged out and exited client, waited a bit and came back... nothing. I have 3 characters there but the HC server simply doesn't show up in the Transfer Wizard. Anyone know what's up? *edit* I joined in Feb 2008, and somehow I made it this far without posting in the forums! *edit2* It seems I am unable to apply any formatting to forum posts... all text gets gathered and clumped up... I regret posting :(

They've suspended transfers from HC while they track down a bug that is preventing some from being able to do so.
Resumption of transfers is TBA, but they have said they will extend the Afterparty until it's fixed, if necessary.

Transfers from the Hardcore server have been temporarily disabled while we work to correct an issue that was causing too many characters to not transfer correctly. Hopefully we will be able to reopen transfers from Hardcore soon.

Cordovan -- Any news on this? I'm hoping to transfer a couple of characters and I am getting worried about the impending end of the announced transfer window.

Hi, first time I played the Hardcore Server. The Transfer Wizard seems to be working but it lists a (rather hefty) DDO Points cost. I understood from all the Wiki’s that Transferal from the Hardcore Server to another available one was free for your characters so what is going on :?

(I have enough free Character Slots, bought a bunch of them last sale)

The Transfer from Hardcore is FREE; however it's currently been disabled by SSG, so you cannot even select the Hardcore [Transfer] function at the moment. But when SSG turn the function back on you will be able to select: Hardcore, from the server list, which will offer a FREE transfer option. :-)

Cordovan, would there any chance Team DDO can re-enable the Hardcore Transfer option by the end of the month?

The transfer window is narrowing fast and at this rate, some people are only going to get several days window to transfer. Obviously those accounts that have had problems transferring need sorting. It'd basically require an extension if you don't enable it by 1st November. Transfer is usually functional for most people, when it's available, but currently its being blanket denied to everyone on Hardcore. :-)
