Currently I am barding my along and noticed after the expansion drop, that if you select find familiar as an enhancement, you lose your falcon when it is summoned. Is that intended? I really use falconry a lot with this build.

The Falcon and Familiar are classified as Summons and you can only have 1 summons at a time.

So it's working as intended.

Same way as you cannot have a summoned creature and a Falcon.

Seems odd to classify the Universal Enhancement Creatures as Summons.
