I am looking to build a top level healer with very good to excellent turn undead ability. Currently he is very good at turning undead up to mid-level reaper, i.e. R1-R5. I am adjusting this build mostly to improve healing. I do not have the To Hot To Handle cleric item yet but that would help me a lot I know.

Why this build? The intent is to build a pure cleric healer to be able to keep parties alive at the highest level of difficulty and be able to turn/destroy undead with the highest level of success possible.
Goal(s):
1. Heal effectively at difficulty level R6+
2. Turn/Destroy undead some at difficulty level R6+
