Missing character from HC server

Any chance character is a guild leader? You'll need to disband/pass leadership to someone else if they are

Is that Character a: Guild Leader? Typically Guild Leaders cannot be Transferred and will not show up on the Transfer list. If that's the problem then demote that Character, etc.

I was just now able to transfer a character over without issue, so let me know if you are still having an issue. The first things to do are to log into that character, log out of the character, relaunch the game client, and see if you can now transfer the character. Also check to make sure your character isn't a guild leader, or has been made guild leader by the leader transferring off.

Yes, like Supertramp itself, you must disband. Also like Supertramp, you can get back together in the future.
