Why does the Legendary Orders Garb:
https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Legendary_Order%27s_Garb
Get Exceptional Universal Spell Lore +15%, while the Legendary Enigma Core:
https://ddowiki.com/page/Item:Legendary_Enigma_Core
Only gets Exceptional Spell Lore +10%?
They are both part of the Esoteric Initiate set; shouldn't the docent simply be equivalent to the robes?

Spell Power is different too. Have you checked in game to make sure the wiki is correct? Cause, if it is, that's messed up.

Yeah, this is reflected in-game too. Legendary Order's Garb is 15/30 and Legendary Enigma Core is 10/20. Warforged are also locked out of some of the sets, such as Profane Experiment and Flamecleansed Fury, which don't include docent options.
On top of this, Mithral and Adamantine Body feats have a +5 and +1 MDB, respectively, and I don't think there has been any dev feedback indicating that this will change. With the importance of Dodge, the MDB offerings of standard armor, the lack of Repair Amplification outside of itemization, and the above gaps, I find it difficult to choose Warforged for anything other than flavor or Sorcerer.

Yeah the body feats have really evolved into a serious penalty for WF. Not only does it cost an extra feat (and they dont get a bonus feat slot for it), which by itself would already be a huge opportunity cost for a race, but it also forces you to choose between Dodge and MRR cap, moreso than any other race, and those are both fundamental defense layers at this point. They're also forced to use docents, which locks you into Repair Amp, meaning you need to slot a second Healing Amp item if you want to use hirelings or party heals or Cocoon or basically anything but self-cast Repair spells. And there's no Medium armor option for, say, Barbs, and no armor option for Druids (not even with the T5 NP enhancement IIRC).
WF really need a L1 bonus feat for Body Type, they need a medium armor Body option that's nonmetallic for Druids, and they need an MDB on body feats that scales somehow with level, comparable to regular armor. Then they'll finally be on regular footing with the other races again. I also think named docents should come with Convalescent (heal+repair amp) instead of just repair amp alone.

I agre with everything you wrote...and especially this part.
"I also think named docents should come with Convalescent (heal+repair amp) instead of just repair amp alone."
I am running a Warforged Favored Soul right now, and there really isn't "easy" healing amp other than Cannith Crafted stuff (like hands), but then I run into breaking sets. And a lot of sets are not available to Warforged.

Warforged is an old race, most players own it.
No profit on them so why bother?

Bladeforged is Iconic and newer. And with the influx of players from the past few months of free questing it might be worth it to give the toasters a free body feat at level 1 to make them more appealing.

Free body feat would make me sooooo happy.
Elves, Dwarves, humans etc are in like every fantasy game ever.
Warforged and Bladeforged are a DDO Exclusive!

As you see from my avatar I am on the Lord of Blades' side but I am not a dev so I can't do anything about it.
It looks like SSG did not sign/agree with the Treaty of Thronehold.

And since we're on the topic of toasters... If SSG wants to sell a shiny new race, the idea of scout model 'Forged has been around for years. +Dex instead of +con and a slimmer body type character model, add a body feat slot at level 1 for all 'Forged at the same time. There's even precedent with the wood elf race now.
