As a solo player, every death is a party wipe.
Often there is no warning other than being suddenly in "Oh no!" mode.

Lag issues porten a TPK :(

When the LFM is set for hard because you are running with a bunch of newbies, and someone joins the group and convinces the leader that they "just soloed this yesterday on R6," and the leader ups it to elite (or worse... R4).

Walking in to a new quest and a there are several deaths in the first fight... that's when I know we are in deep doodoo.

Every time I say "Hi I'm new! I'll try and keep up!" when I join a party doing ANY quest ... I expect a wipe. Strangely, my magic 8 ball has been cloudy most of the time, and I've only had a tpk a handful of times 1~21. Deaths? My death-count has been incrementing frequently. 1.3k HP > Dead in .2 seconds. <blinks>.

But what really portends Doom to me ... is when the people that join my LFM (That states I'm new, 1st life, and/or unfamiliar with the quest), try and hide behind me or die. That ... generally portends a wipe is incoming.

It always starts when a little window pops up inviting my character to a party.

This is an Extreme Challenge dungeon. It contains Extreme difficulty monsters or puzzles.
It is recommended for player groups who have easily defeated the other dungeons of the same CR Rating already.
The CR Rating is displayed in the Select Adventure Panel when you interact with a dungeon entrance.

It's actually a combination of signs.

1. New Person: "I just zoned in. I'll catch up."
2. Leader: "Do you know the way?" New Person: "I think so"
3. Main party comes up to room and I'm trying to count all of the champs and reapers, when suddenly the reapers start moving ...
