The below video demonstrates why providing more options for attack speed for a bow is pretty much useless.

Testing was done on a 20 Ranger so Rapid Shot feat included. Bow is Leg. Twisted Willow. Had guild buffs. EDF stance on. Haste Boost spam achieved using LD destiny.

Totally give up bows and ranged and play 2h melee, there is no support for ranged in this game anymore.
