Tomes never used to stick around. (they dropped a **** of a lot more often though) When you reincarnated, they were gone. Not not applying, gone forever. You had to find them and eat them all over again every life. So, with all the accusations around people with "too many" Otto's Stones, why not change this back to the way it was? Then there would be some "cost" to using stones often. Also, people would raid more to acquire their tomes again. To compensate, we boost the tome drop rate up up up.

Manyshot (https://ddowiki.com/page/Manyshot). It only works with long and short bows? People say bow users need some help? Why not buff this feat a bit? Heck, why not give different stuff with this feat depending on if you're using a short or long bow? Just like rapid reload (https://ddowiki.com/page/Rapid_Reload) treats the different crossbows uhh different, why not have Manyshot (https://ddowiki.com/page/Manyshot)do the same? You could make longbows have MOAR ranged power when activated, and maybe have shortbows have greater accuracy, or super fast reloads, or free quicken and quickdraw applying when using the feat. Or have quickdraw's speed increase apply to shortbows while using manyshot. Or... Well, you get the idea. I think the Manyshot Feat is a great spot to differentiate long and short bows, and maybe give some boost to bow users.

Cause best tomes are worth 5k+ ddo points and 99% of characters in ddo are not first life forever, so noone would buy any tomes except few very rare players who are planning to never reincarnate their alts. Might be suprise, but SSG is releasing new tomes and bundles almost every year or two cause they do want to sell them.
