Can't Find My Wild Shape Abilities?

So I am a level 2 Druid, and I am in Wild Shape: Wolf form.
But I cannot find any of the powers associated with being in wolf form. According to the wiki, Takedown is Druid level 1, so I should have it..I think?

Takedown isn't auto-granted, it's a spell so you have to memorize it in a tavern and map it to your toolbar, same as you would any druid spell.

..Weird. I hit Druid Level 3 but I cannot find Baiting Bite on my spell list.

Druid is a Divine class, all their spells are auto granted, Takedown is at the very bottom of the list in that tier of spells.

Baiting Bite is a level 3 spell which means it becomes available at druid level 5.
