Iconic gear in Hardcore

Are there any issues for an Iconic getting their gear when getting to 15th level? My Bladeforged finally got to 15 and no gear dropped into his inventory. I've relogged several times and have an open ticket. Granted, it's not gonna kill me, but I'd kinda like to have it.

my pdk sorc had the opposite problem. every time i logged in after taking level 15 i got another iconic gear box. i ended up manually deleting something like 15 of them (after opening enough for several hundred of the healing pots) and they eventually stopped appearing in my inventory. who knows how these things happen... magic is a mysterious thing.

Yeah, the same on my PDK paladin - I considered opening them for more healing pots but decided the hassle of then individually deleting the hundreds of equipment slot items wasn't worth it and tossed the iconic gear boxes unopened. It was a relief when I stopped getting them after taking level 16!
