By Epic - do you meaning leveling from 20 to 29, or do you mean being 29-30?

Also, do you mean melee cleric, dc caster cleric or healer only cleric?

If you only want to heal - with no CC or insta killing, gearing up is fairly simple.

Being a healer as your primary focus you will want this best for enhanced devotion (the only item with that):

Thats a good start. My main is a FvS DC caster / healer - here is the rest of my gear which may not be optimal for my own build nor for yours, but may still give you some ideas :)

Head: Legendary Pansophic Circlet
Neck: Legendary Standard Issue Sigil
Trinket: Slavers Crafted w/ Resistance, Q Con, Heal, Wizardry
Ring1: Legendary Shattered Onyx
Ring2: Legendary Celestial Sapphire Ring
Boots: Legendary Sunken Slippers
Shield: Legendary Crystalline Ward
Augments: Vitality, Globe, Deathblock, +2 Trans, +2 Ench, +2 Evoc, +2 Conj, +2 Necro, Fire Resists 40, +2 Good Luck, Masters Gift, +8 Str, +2 Festive Wis
Filigree: Ottos (4), Eye of the Beholder (4), Couple of +2 wisdom raid filigrees.

I like your pieces you have for your FVS I play one also.
I do have the Flamecleansed

My variation for minor artifact is Gauntlet of the Iron Council Constitution +22, Spell Resistance +52, Insightful Spell Resistance +26, Acid Absorption 53%, and 3 augment slots.
I use Legendary conduit of the soul for the Divine Augment IX, quality devotion, Healing lore , wizardry 440

The shield I did use, but I went with a tower shield ( right now legendary Rising sun) I like having as much armor, PRR , MRR as possible.. I take Shield mastery and improved shield mastery for that.
