New Class: Diplomatic

A new class based in Diplomacy/Perform & Haggle skills that use a mix of int/wis & cha to make monsters to check will saves or die/charm or stun. Basically a class that dont use any weapon to dps, neither cast spells, only his own presence inspire fear on mobs. I think this class can be a buffer too, similar to bards without physical attributes.

You need to actually build this yourself if you want anyone to take it seriously.. but also the Inquisitor is based almost entirely around Diplomacy. At first glance, with only what you have here, the idea seems silly. If you don't want it to seem silly, then you need to add something that will make people take the idea seriously
