Can't access my subscription information

I have recently applied to change my subscription type. Now I can't log into my account to see when my current VIP expires, I get the same error no matter which system I log in from.

I can log into forums (obviously) and to the game worlds, but not my SSG subscription account.

Strange the DDO market offers you Two months for the same price as you can get Three months for from the in game store.
