Just getting back (last played 2011)

I am just trying out the game again. Last time I played was in 2011, and all these new fangled abilities and such. Any suggestions on AP spending? I'm Elven 18 ranger/1 rog/1 monk Str/Dex based. Anyone point me in a direction of some good two weapon guides or a general direction?

I would recommend to TR and start the game fresh to learn as you go, tbh.

I do have a lesser +20 thought available to me also. TR wasn't really worth it for a ranger back in the day because ranged wasn't really good at all.
