Hi,

I was a subscriber some months ago and created some Dragonborns and Tieflings. I lost access to them when I canceled the subscription.

About an hour ago I subscribed again, but I still don't have access to any vip races.

I don't even have the warn on bottom right of the character selection screen saying I am a VIP - it does say premium account though.

There is no problem with my payment, card or whatever....I had some credits in my steam wallet and used them to reaquire the subscription, so it should be working right?

How can I get help?

My guess is that it takes a while till a transaction from steam to ddo/daybreak goes through. Why, I don't know and yes it would be stupid. And I hope I am wrong.

I am yet to be contacted about this issue.

I payed, I can't use my characters and there is no response.

Is there any other way to get help? I did create a ticket at SSG as suggested. Still Nothing.
Will those days be given back?

This did occur over the weekend so maybe there is that in the delay.

I would think that your VIP time would actually go from the time your account is marked as VIP. If not, you should contact Customer Support.

Thing is the date when my VIP will be over is already stated. The date when I made the payment is also already stated. It just don't give me the benefits of it.

Edit: I even got my 500 DDO points from monthly subscription, but that is it, nothing else, not even the status changed.

I understand it's probably not easy to address everyone quickly, specially now.

I don't understand how there is not a trial to sort the most urgent issues from the trivial ones. I also understand everyone thinks that their issue is urgent and others trivial.
My personal opinion is that if someone payed you and for some reason didn't receive, there is probably not many things more urgent than that.

Come on guys, help me out. I can't understand how I got the 500DDO points but not the VIP status and not the right to open Elite and use my dragonborn character.

This should not take more than 3 days to solve.

Yeah, well, I did create a ticket there, but I am not getting an answer.

Should I open another one? Should I keep waiting?

Well, seems I will have to come back here everyday and ask for help, make some noise.

Five days and counting. Probably something that could be solved in 5 minutes. I am actually sad, it makes us wonder if we don't put to much faith where we shouldn't. I like DDO a lot since it first launch. I don't want to have a bad feeling about it.

Really, please someone contact me. I am feeling robbed. Someone took my money and didn't give me what I paid for. I want to be comprehensive. I want to show tolerance. I want to be patient, but if no one speaks to me it opens room to think the worse.

Any first rule of any CRM department should be to communicate. Nothing is stronger between a consumer and a company than a honest communication. I will always value a company that speaks to me and can't help me with my problem, but won't hide from it, over another that can fix my problem but refuses to talk to me.

I am not oblived by what is happening in the world, but I am also not wrong to assume if a company is still selling a product it's because they think they can deliver, otherwise stop the sales or you are stealing from people.

I am honestly asking for you to protect the good feeling I have towards you. Please don't destroy that.

6 days counting....will I receive those days back?

Edit: Since I think I was a pain in @#$......I feel obliged to come here and state the issue was fixed, I was informed by email in a reply to my ticket, and the time I was not able to play was added into my subscription time.
