Good luck with getting that Amenity, which has an actual DDO retail value of 150 Astral Shards. At that ridiculously dirt cheap price of around: 200,000pp. The Large Guild Chest, which is fairly close in storage size, base costs: 40,476pp for just 30 days rental. Since 200,000pp isn't even a reasonable bid offer - far too low for its value. Perhaps instead someone will just pass you a spare: Guild Storage I Deed...

I'd agree, it's not likely worth 1,000,000pp or even 800,000pp to most people (typically Guild Leaders) buying. However, you can fairly easily and successfully sell that specific Deed. For double that amount, that you made as your "initial offer" in platinum buyout on Thelanis. In other words a seller would have no problem selling it for 400,000pp and getting a buyer swiftly, literally within hours.

If I saw said deed at 200,000p 'Buyout' I'd even likely just snap it up and resell it on Platinum Auction House for above double or place it on the ASAH. It likely would sell between: 10-20 AS on the Thelanis ASAH, within a week - you'd be very lucky to get above 30 AS though due to the small target market audience for Deeds.
