No codes from DDO Market

Hey there
Wanted to hear if your DDO Market is down. Bought several things on it yesterday at noon ( 12:00 ), 24 hours ago, but never got the email with the codes in them. I have also contacted the support but no answer there either. I have checked my bank account and it did go through. Please help me out here.

Click on DDO MARKET at the top of this page. Then click on FIND MY ORDER on the bottom of that page.
