HC not listed in server transfer?

Like the title says, Hardcore isn't a server listed in my transfer UI (the other ones are, even servers where I don't have characters) in the "from" category.

Anyone else run into this? Anyone else solve this? I put in a ticket, but wanted to see if anyone had a solution that worked for them.

They've shut down transfers from Hardcore due to some bug.

Ah, dang. Well, I hope they fix it or at least extend the window for transfers.
