Guild Ship amenity won't allow Upgrade

Would someone tell me why I cannot upgrade my experience shrine from 4% to 5%? Our guild level exceeds the level requirement and I have enough shards. It is a Daedalean Glaive ship- is the next level ship required? Same question for the Stormreaver memorial. I am trying to max out the amenities we have and having a difficult time getting them upgraded.

Based on what you're saying I can only think of two things that have ever caused this problem. Once I had to wait a day to place the upgrade because the server had not caught up with our guild level. The other happened when I had a full hold and game would not let me upgrade the spot even though I had done it many times before. I had to get GM intervention and things worked like always again. So if you've been level 60 for more than a day send in a ticket for GM help.

Make sure you are standing on the correct named room; unlocked hook point, when you are actually attempting Airship Amenity room upgrades.

Guild level is 58, but the level requirements for the amenity are less than that. Does the Guild need to be 60 ?

If you're trying to Purchase Airship Amenity Deeds via the Airship Kobold or upgrade them; your Guild Level MUST meet the 'Minimum Guild Requirement Level' (or you CANNOT even purchase the Deed).

You clearly need to be Guild Level: 60 before you can upgrade to: Shrine of Experience V, and Level: 80 for applying or purchasing: Stormreaver Memorial II. https://ddowiki.com/page/Guild_Airship#Amenities_list. A Level 58 Guild does not meet the Requirements for [Shrine of Experience V] so won't even be given the option to buy those two specific "upgrades".

Also remember upgradable tiers of amenities must have previous tier available through deeds or purchase, before an Amenity Deed can be used. You'd need to have installed: Shrine of Experience: I-IV before applying V, which the Latter can be purchased when you hit Guild Level: 60.

If you get an Airship Deed from the Auction House then of course anyone could purchase one of those but they cannot apply (consume) the Deed until the Guild is of high enough Level.

Thank you! What was confusing me was the amenity listed the guild level requirement at 40, which was showing me what the requirement was of the amenity I already had, not the one I was trying to get to.
