Lesser Reincarnation in 34 points build character ( Hero )

I have a question, if I use the lesser reincarnation in my character of 34 points (hero), when reincarnating that I have only 32 points or do I keep the 34

And I also keep the stats tomes I have used on it?

Yes, you keep both your total build points and your tomes when you Lesser (or Epic) Reincarnate.
