Why no sticky for current HC season?

Why is there no sticky for current Hard Core season here? You set aside an entire forum section here. At the very least the dates, rules and rewards for the current season should have a sticky.
It kind of strange only last year's first season information is posted. At the very least edit the existing sticky post to include (or add a link to) the dates and any other changes for the current season.
No doubt this season's info is located somewhere on the forum, but starting from the home page the Hard Core League section is truly the most logical place to look for Hard Core League information, not to mention there's already a sticky here with last season's info. Why not have a sticky that is up to date?

Okay, I see they got my nudge and stickied it, tho it's stickied in the Announcements forum and not the HC forum. Heh. It's a start. :)

I try to keep announcements in Announcements, and downtimes in Service News. I did put the first season in the Hardcore subforums, and had a couple of people say they couldn't find it because they weren't expecting to have to go to the Hardcore sub-forum to find the Announcement. I can duplicate here.
