Need Help- Stuck In Group

Currently my main toon on Ghallanda is stuck in a group. Other person is possibly still teleporting, when they disconnected. That is doubtful. This occured at approximately 3am this morning PST. 2 other players were in group, put in a ticket, and apparently were helped. I have had a ticket open for 12 hours!!!!!! No response or help. I cannot join other group or leave my group. Please resolve for me. My patience is growing thin with the customer service i'm not receiving. This occured when the server was about to crash, many others complained about that.

try to stay offline for an extended period of time, and try to log on a char on another server.

Alternatively, did you try logging into another character on that same server? That always removes me from the group I'm currently in.

Other player logged in and we were able to break group. Beware if you get kicked out of game, or quit while stuck in a load screen the rest of your group may be stuck. And what happened made it impossible for some players to log back in. In fairness this is the first time this has happened to me in 6 years of playing, but it was not pleasant. Logging into other characters on the same or different servers did not help the problem.

This is only a problem when servers are lagging. As soon as servers are working ok it will resolve itself. But while there are problems there is nothing you can do really, which is very frustrating.

Ghallanda has had some bad periods this weekend.
