Fighting dragon at lvl 13 800+ hp, Fire resist and prot and other stuff... Dragon dies, I get quest complete then I end up in Shadow lands dead.

Were you fighting Velah by any chance? It sounds like you lagged into her firewall and died.

An Invisible Volume Trigger is an ingame event that happens when you enter a certain zone that is not visibly marked. So, say, if you enter a room and DM text fires . . . that's a volume trigger.
