Is there any way to see past level up choices?

For example what class, feat, attribute, skills, etc and at what level? I can't for the life of me remember when I took certain things and don't want to accidentally break my build when I lesser reincarnate. Due to a now old rework, I basically only want to change starting attributes, level up attributes and 1 feat.

Go talk to Fred in House J.

You'll see all the feats you've taken (without the clutter of auto-granted class feats) on the left. Drag each feat into the "Old Feat" box and it will show you the level you took it next to the box. Plus the upper right corner has a panel telling the class you took at that level and the overall character class-build by that point. You'll have to do a little jigsaw-puzzling, but you should be able to reconstruct the class order from this.

I don't know of any way to see your attribute and skill selection other than taking the current values and doing some trial and error work with a character planner.

Thanks but I can't actually see anything with Fred. I'm an FVS and there's some bug where all I can see is something along the lines of free feat exchange but it doesn't work.

You won't see the feats until you use the free exchange. You can check out your feats and just walk away without doing the exchange to save it. If you haven't done the quest for the free exchange it won't let you click on it.
